Thank you!
We want to thank everyone who came out today to run, walk, and cheer at the 5th Annual Reindeer Fun Run! To see Poplar street totally disappear as far as the eye could see with runners & walkers, adults & kids, pets & costumes was absolutely fantastic!
We also want to send a special thank you to the Town of Aberdeen for hosting the Reindeer Fun Run. To pull of a fifth year event in a first year location is a huge task. To add the level of support offered by Aberdeen is inspirational. Police, Fire, Planning, Parks & Recreation and Public Works were all involved for nearly six months to make sure that the event was safe, organized, and of course, fun! Thank you, thank you, thank you!
Race organizers are catching their breath, but will be posting photos and more information about the event as quickly as possible. For those who were timed, you can check your results here.
We hope you had as much fun as we did!
The Town of Aberdeen got into the spirit to help us pull off the best Reindeer Fun Run yet!

FUN-Tastic!
1,950 registered runners of the Reindeer Fun Run! WOW! We had a great time and we hope you did too!
We will also be putting them here at reindeerfunrun.com along with all the award winners! (once we get a little rest)
We will be putting together a Nice List of all the wonderful people and groups that helped us put this event on. It will be big – we are grateful!

2009 Results…
The race was fantastic!
5k Reindeer Fun Run awards are now online!
The rain sprinkeld and threatened, but held back once the race began. A record turn-out and a new course record were among the rewards.
We would like to thank everyone who made the 2009 Reindeer Fun Run such a great event. In addition to our sponsors and many volunteers who we can’t thank enough, we would like to acknowledge these local businesses for their support: Coffee Court, Party Animals, The Little Toy Shop, The 9th of September, How Ya Doin’, Moe’s, The Ice Cream Parlor, Gady Portable, Richmond Rentals and many others.
