The mission of the Reindeer Fun Run is to bring the community together to have fun and raise money for the Boys and Girls Clubs of the Sandhills, Inc.. No contribution, whether time, money, services or goods is too great or too small. We hope that you will join our pursuit to care for our community.

The Southern Pines Rotary invited us to talk at a meeting in 2010, and instantly recognized how they could help the kids in our community through the Reindeer Fun Run and the Boys & Girls Clubs of the Sandhills.

The Southern Pines Rotary Club is very active in our local community. On any given week, you may see a Rotarian doing one of the following:

  • Working in the food pantry at the Sandhills Moore Coalition for Human Care
  • Picking up trash on the side of a highway
  • Loading food items into a moving truck for Pack the Truck to feed the hungry
  • Providing dictionaries for all third-grade students in the county through partnerships with other Clubs…
