Have you ever wondered what it takes to put on a race? We created a Service Blueprint to help our volunteers know what to expect at the Reindeer Fun Run. Woodlake Triathlon Terminated

Turkey Trot

The Annual Turkey Trot (one of our favorite events) is Saturday, November 19th. With great new courses 5k, 10k and Half Marathon courses, the 31st Annual Turkey Trot should be a really fun event. The Reindeer Fun Run crew will be there too at the Sandhills Race Series tent signing people up for the 5th Annual Reindeer Fun Run. Hope to see you at both races!

Who’s Coming

Festival of Trees

We have a tree at the Festival of Trees again this year. The Festival of Trees is a great cause supporting the Sandhills Children's Center. Make sure to visit the Carolina Hotel in Pinehurst to see all the great trees.

Chili Cook Off

If you're looking for some fun, check out the Chili Cook Off on November 12. Autumnfest

This fall, the Sandhills Race Series has 3 featured races and 5 bonus events. After 30 years, Autumnfest will offer it's first certified course and computerized timing on October 1, and be the first of the featured events. Firecracker Fun Run

If you're looking for a little exercise over the 4th of July weekend, the Pinecrest Football Team will be putting on a 5k starting from John Williams Athletic Complex on July 2nd. Registration can be made at active.com. Race day registration starts at 7am at the Pinecrest Football Field House and the 5k begins at 8. Have fun - and HAPPY 4th OF JULY EVERYONE!

Turkey Trot | Pinehurst

The next Sandhills Race Series event is the FirstHealth Turkey Trot. With a 5k, 10k, 1/2 Marathon, and 1 Mile Fun Run, the 30th Annual Turkey Trot will be held on November 20, with all races starting at FirstHealth Center for Health and Fitness in Pinehurst, NC. Autumnfest

In it's 32nd year, Autumnfest experienced its highest participation ever for the 5k and fun run.
