We are thrilled that the Sandhills Race Series, born at a Reindeer Fun Run meeting in 2010, has grown to be such a success. The Annual Turkey Trot (one of our favorite events) is Saturday, November 19th. With great new courses 5k, 10k and Half Marathon courses, the 31st Annual Turkey Trot should be a really fun event. The Reindeer Fun Run crew will be there too at the Sandhills Race Series tent signing people up for the 5th Annual Reindeer Fun Run. Hope to see you at both races!

The Sandhills Race Series has some fantastic races this season including Run for their Lives in Sanford, 1 in 8k in Pinehurst, Chevy to the Levee in Lumberton, Autumnfest in Southern Pines, Turkey Trot in Pinehurst, and the finale - the Reindeer Fun Run in Aberdeen. Turkey Trot | Pinehurst

The next Sandhills Race Series event is the FirstHealth Turkey Trot. With a 5k, 10k, 1/2 Marathon, and 1 Mile Fun Run, the 30th Annual Turkey Trot will be held on November 20, with all races starting at FirstHealth Center for Health and Fitness in Pinehurst, NC. In it's 32nd year, Autumnfest experienced its highest participation ever for the 5k and fun run.
